I have taken my pets to Banfield since I discovered it through a referral. I have never had a moments trouble with any of the staff and this year alone, I have had to have my dog, Abby, operated on twice for cancer. I was given options for treatment according to my ability to or wish to pay. All meds and procedures were explained in great detail so I could make the best decision for my pet and family. The doctors have treated her with the utmost respect and care. I also find it comforting to receive a followup call the very next morning to see how the pet is doing and ask if there are any questions or concerns. None of my pets have ever suffered any ill effect from a visit to Banfield; whether it be for preventative care or more invasive treatment. Last year one of my dogs was found to have a heart condition and the staff referred her to a specialist. I received no runaround...and she received immediate care.
