The new location of Tony's has a different feel than the former spot on Post Oak; a little more modern, with more of a ""see and be seen"" flair to it. The appetizer of fresh ceviche was absolutely delectable. The marinated sea bass cooked in a wine reduction sauce and served with grilled baby shrimps on top of it, was mouth-watering and memorable. The wine list consists of a wide variety of choices for every palate and budget, and the service is flawless. If you leave here without trying the chocolate mousse souffle, then you've missed the whole Tony's experience.
Pros: Artistic and Delicious, Romantic, Pampering Service
Cons: Expensive
