I have been seeing Marissa a little over a year. Marissa is the best with hair colors and cuts. The only thing is it hard to get a apponitment with Marissa it is generally a 2 month wait. It used to be only a few weeks. I think Marissa does a great job but has overextended herself and isn't taking care of her clients that have been with her awhile. I personally don't know if I will continue to see her it has been a hassle to get appointments and I can't wait months in between appointment. Other than that Marissa is the best at what she does and you can tell that is her passion. I think her website has been more successful than imagined and not enough of Marissa to go around. It is unfortunate for the clients who have been with her awhile.\r

In response to what you said, if you work hard to take care of customer's why is it taking you 13 days to respond back? This is the second time I have had to wait over 6 weeks for appointment. The first time was i around July and I waited over 2 months for appointment. My point is take care of customers that have been loyal to you. If you can't take of your clients then stop taking new ones. If your clients have to see another hairstylist abviously your not taking care of them.
