The first time I called, Heidi answered the phone and I told her my sob story about how the last person who did my highlights messed my hair up. So I schedule my appointment with Heidi and everything turned out perfect. I told her what I wanted and when she was done, it is exacting what I wanted. The salon is wonderful as well. As soon as you walk in, they ask you if you want water, tea, or wine. Even if someone is going to Starbucks, they will offer you something from there.
