Okay, so this tavern isn't for those people who need to go trendy places and be seen. Buzz's tavern is located on Mud Bay Road. And, if you know the area, you know that it's not in the middle of 'all the action'. What you can expect at Buzz's are all the staples of a good tavern: Good Beer, Good Food, and the feeling that when you enter, the rest of the world disappears and only you, the dark wood of the bar, and the jukebox remain. The beer selection at Buzz's is as good as any smaller bar in the area. (Thankfully the pacific-northwest has MUCH higher beer standards than other places in the US!) The wait staff is friendly and the food is moderately priced, so it doesn't break the bank to have some grub with your libation. If you want to get away from the noisy, crowded bars of downtown, sneak on out to Buzz's on the sound across from the Blue Heron Bakery and let your worries be carried away with the tide...
