I arranged to have some work done on my car, including some new tires. When I picked it up I found that the work had not been done, they'd installed the wrong size tires, and in the process had broken one of my hub caps. They told me that the hub cap must have been broken during previous service elsewhere (despite the broken plastic was clearly ""fresh"", with no dirt on the broken edges). Pros: None that I can think of Cons: With customer service like that, why would anyone wish to return? more
