it saddens me to see some bad reviews here. i've been going to bob for about a year and a half now, have seen several different stylists, and i've always been more than happy with my cuts and color. the building is really cute and colorful and the staff is very friendly and very accomodating. i never felt like they were just trying to get me in and out; getting my hair done at bob is always a great experience. i've paid a lot more to get my hair done in new york and atlanta, but nothing thusfar has compared to the quality of work and great staff at bob. please don't let those bad reviews deter you from going - everyone i have ever talked to who goes there absolutely loves their hair and the salon. i've sent all my friends there and no one has ever had a bad experience. i love bob and i think you will, too.
