I arranged to have some work done on my car, including some new tires. When I picked it up I found that the work had not been done, they'd installed the wrong size tires, and in the process had broken one of my hub caps. They told me that the hub cap must have been broken during previous service elsewhere (despite the broken plastic was clearly "fresh", with no dirt on the broken edges). When I pointed out that they'd installed the wrong size tires the owners got irate and told me that I had an attitude problem. When I asked that my old tires be re-installed and I be given a refund, I was told never to come back. By that time I was steaming and indicated that we could take care of it in person, or we could take care of it in court. The owner replied that "I'm not afraid to go to court - everyone in town knows me and they'll throw your case out". Whether or not this guy knows everyone in town is irrelevant. The way that he treats his customers, especially when he's made mistakes, is unacceptible. Pros: None that I can think of Cons: With customer service like that, why would anyone wish to return? more
