it was a total pleasure. I drove from koreatown because of the ratings i saw and here- and was not disappointed! they got me right in, was done in twenty minutes. being originally from ny I still don't quite understand the process...he gladly explained everything, without making me feel bad about it (unlike another shop I had previously visited.) All in all great experience and highly recommended!!
