Only one doctor in the practice. Completely automated answering system and very impersonal. Leave a message for an appt. Leave a message to talk to a nurse. Leave a message for anything and then they call you back. Too impersonal for my taste. Nurse isn't as knowlegable as others in her field. Docter Liebensperger is nice, but felt rushed through the appointment. Sent off to a lab for any labwork as they don't do it in house. Not for me. Prefer a more hands on friendly approach where I can speak to a live person when I call, even if it means waiting on hold. Prefer an office that has their own lab.
