The first time I dined there, our group of 7 had the sampling menu $55-65 per person for 6-7 courses. The exceptional food came with exceptional service (including crumb butler and water pourer) and a visit by the chef - truly made an impression on my clients. The tasting took about 3 hours, but the pace was really quite enjoyable and the staff knowledgeable of the food.
