From the outside, Higgins looked adorable. Once inside, walk-in wait was >2 hours, so we sat in the bar area. Full menu was available, yet there was still much to be desired from the menu. No many dishes available, and the ones we tried were so-so. Goat cheese appetizer with great cheese. Vegan soup was bland. Romaine salad was full of full arms of romaine salad, over citrus-y dressing and untasty croutans. Steak sandwich was also not exciting.
