I moved into the area several weeks ago and tried 3 different trainers in the Durham area. The first two were average motivators, not that bright, and their facilities (although they claimed ""state-of-the-art"") were no better than a middle school gym! Then I tried ActivEdge and met Brian and Meredith... No need to look anywhere else! Simply the best team I have EVER trained with! Brian's knowledge and Meredith's motivation have kept me coming and made a believer out of me! I have already dropped 10% body fat, which they explained is a much better measurement than the BMI, in 2 months! My goal of under 8% is near and hopefully I'll reach it by Christmas! Brian and Meredith are the BEST - Period!!!!! Don't bother looking anywhere else!
