I brought tires here. I spend almost 600 dollars on Michelin tires. First time I went in it was great. I brought a warranty with the tires lifetime balance and rotation. The first time I took the car in the balancing was HORRIBLE. I then called back and the manager was very very rude. He didn't apologize not once. I think brought the car back in had to wait for almost 2 hours for my problem to be corrected. The next time it was time to get my tire rotated I called to see if they were busy. I wanted to see if I could make an appointment. He treated me as if I didn't know what I was talking about. This will be the LAST TIME I use this Merchants.
