I recently got my hair cut & colored by Rhonda at ROCA Salon; she and her husband own the salon. She was recommended to me by a co-worker who always looks GREAT! When I first walked in, Rhonda greeted me immediately (she works by the entrance), and 2 other employees greeted me at different times, not even knowing who I was there to see and before I even introduced myself to the receptionist! The entire staff makes you feel welcome. It is not one of these snobby "spas", and these people really know their stuff. Rhonda gave me the most beautiful color I have ever had and a brand new style that I am thrilled with. At first I only wanted a trim, but after she made a few suggestions I felt totally confident in her honest opinion. She even offered to correct my makeup foundation color with a new mineral makeup and I have never had makeup look so good on me! She and her husband take their staff to all kinds of training so they all keep current on the latest trends. I also looked at her book of hair extension photos of work she has done and they look AMAZING! I'm thinking of having it done!
My only "con" is I was put on hold for quite a while when I first called for my appointment, so I hung up and called back (the receptionist is a mature woman and I think she just forgot I was holding on the phone), I'm so glad I called back! Everyone I see loves my new look! Thanks, Rhonda!! I will definately be using the Refer-A-Friend cards!!
Pros: Best color I have ever had - and I've had salons in big cities all over the country!
