They delivered our things 3 days later than scheduled, and they finally showed up at 11pm. While they were still unloading the truck, I unwrapped and opened some of the boxes THEY PACK and it was apparent that a lot of stuff was damaged. One of the movers had the audacity to ask for a tip. The movers stole computer supplies. I shouldn't have left them in the original boxes so it was easy to see what they were, but it still doesn't give them the right to take it. The move was in March. It is now November and we are still working with their claim company. They haven't settled our claim and they keep asking for more information. They are asking for us to provide estimates for our damaged items and the estimates cost more than what they are willing to payout. I feel like they are trying to make us give up, but we won't. We are informing the B B B, and if they don't settle our claim we will be contacting the Attorney General.
Don't use this company. They shouldn't be in business. No matter who you decide to use, get GOOD insurance. Don't settle for the basic insurance a lot of companies include in they prices.
Pros: None!
Cons: Undependable in almost every aspect.
