I called for an appointment to have some work done on my home. Sam answered the phone and she was the easiest to deal with and so pleasant too! (They were the only service I called where I had a live person answer the phone. All others were a machine.)
We made and appointment and Mark came out to do the work. He was quick, efficient, explained a few things else that needed to be done and did the work. THEN HE CLEANED UP AFTER HIMSELF! I was amazed. The price was great too. I will definately call them again and recommend to others.
Pros: A live person answers the phone.
Cons: They were booked solid for my first day of choice.
