My wife and son stopped by to make a spare car key.\r \r The first key did not work so they made a second key.\r \r The second key did not work so my son went in for a third key.\r \r Before he came out, a policeman stopped my wife in the car and asked her why they were harrassing the store.\r It seems that customer service called the police instead of corrrecting the problem.\r \r I asked the store manager for a letter of apology for my wife from the store employee.\r \r The manager's official statement is that it is a personal matter and that the store is not going to pursue any action.\r \r It is sad to read the corporate policies of Home Depot and how they strive for great customer service.\r \r We will shop at a competitor from now on.
