I heard a lot about Franklin Cafe before I went, and while I was a little disappointed in one of the appetizers (mussles that were tiny and def. not fresh catch) the entree of tilapia and purple sticky rice was AMAZING and lived up to the reputation. I would def. recommend this place. Good for dates. Most of the tables (of which there are only about six) seat four but would be more comfortable with two and everyone was eating at the bar.
