Eating at the Red Coat Tavern is something you MUST experience at least once! They have the most fantastic burgers I've ever eaten & now CRAVE when it's been a while! They have a few other MUST TRY items: onion rings (serriously - the best!), French Onion Soup, Cobb Salad, Reuban (with Slaw is how I've gotten it)! The place is small, run-down, dingy, but almost ALWAYS packed! No matter what time of the day it is, there's always a full house, so prepare to wait for a table - it's well worth it! Waitstaff is friendly, bartenders serve good (but stiff) drinks and there's a ""hussle"" about the atmosphere that gives it an authentic pub feel. Quite noisy, but a fun time.
