My boyfriend and I are both from the west coast where we can get extremely fresh sushi. The sushi here is amazing and you don't have to pay a month's rent for it. The menu has favorites with new and innovative twists. The happy hour from 4-9 is great with even better bartenders and servers that make you feel like part of the family. (I love Xaly, Jonathon, Dan, Tim and Thomas.) The two managers: JC and Abe are always super helpful, friendly and welcoming. Whenever John, the owner, is there, he is usually very busy. But he always makes you feel like he is especially happy to see YOU there. Bamboo is like a home away from home and it's all due to the wonderful staff.\r
