walked into office to a miserable receptionist - not friendly, not helpful. There was another woman there, more like a glamour queen, who is dumb as a doornail... the dentist kept saying to her: ""do you understand, do you understand..."" The dentist seemed unsure of himself, and pre-occupied with other things. I'll never go back.
