Dr. Knobler has been prescribing fentynol, oxycotin, percocet and numerous other pain killers in extreme amounts to people coming from Altoona, PA. His prescriptions are responsible for having caused the death of my nephew and damaged countless others lives by overdoses and the selling of his prescriptions by the people he prescribes them to. Someone needs to stop him!!!!
