This is some of the best brisket around, it's moist and tender. This is a family run business o the owner or his wife will ring you up. If you are expecting a refined atmosphere Fred's is not the place. It is clean and the food overcomes any doubts you have about the environment. My wife rarely wants BBQ and after my 1st stop to pick up a sandwich she has asked if we could go by Fred's for dinner.
