Where DOES Atlanta get their reviews to name a salon one of ""Top 10""? When I called for an appointment, I clearly stated I was a first timer and wanted the best. Beings ALL haircuts are $52.00, who wouldn't ask for the same? After sitting in a chair with wet hair for over 20 minutes one of the owners, John, came over to cut my hair. ""Stand up"" and the scissors went straight across my shoulders. After a snip here and there, he said, ""Let me get someone to dry your hair. You do want it dried, yes?"" Well, who wouldn't for a $52.00 haircut?! NO ONE said there would be an additional charge. I could have purchased my own hair dryer for $25.00! What is the hair and nail industry coming to? If your offering of a service comes with a price tag but can be mistaken for kindness, then post it somewhere the consumer can see or TELL them.
