Despite the ""open"" sign in the window, there is rarely anyone you can do business with in the store. Customers can only talk to Hector, who is often not available. Speak to someone else and risk having Hector call your house to berate you for interfering with his business. He charges top-dollar, takes an extraordinary amount of time to complete work orders, and treats new customers with disdain. I suggest you take your hard-earned money to someone who appreciates your business - and your time - and conducts their own with less arrogance. I would pay more to get less so long as I was treated with a minimum of respect.
