Fiesta has been in Campbellsville for several years. They outgrew their original location, and moved into a larger building. The food is almost always good (there are off nights, it seems). They have expanded their menu, as well to provide more options for customers. From personal experience, the servers aren't very attentive at times. You may go one time, and never have to ask for anything, and the next visit you will be lucky to see your server after they take your order.
Pros: Usually festive atmosphere, decent food and selection
Cons: Bad service a norm, cleanliness sometimes questionable
