I live out of state and had to get my daughter out. The woman who answered the phone was very nice and extermely helpful in explaining everything to me. She faxed me everything I needed and went over it with me over the phone. They even dropped my daughter off at the bus station for me! She told me that I should call the head of bonding for the county to check their reputation and gave me the number. I left a deposit and when my daughter's case was finished they mailed my deposit back immediately.
