We ate at the Willows last year and had a horrid experience. Food was bland and dried out. Turkey was bloody pink on interior. When we wrote via email to complain we got the rudest, most unprofessional response from the girl supposedly in charge (she was so unprofessional I will not call her a lady) I was shocked at her response. SHOCKED.
