I had a GREAT experience with BQM just a few months ago! These two great guys helped me set up my move and everything went SO smoothly. They were curtious to me on the telephone and called a few days prior to the move to confirm everything. Now that is bonafide customer service! I only had contact with the gentlemen who helped book my move but they were wonderful. I had never heard of the company but they had good deals and thankfully my things arrived in one piece. I am not sure how management is but the employees must enjoy it there because they were quite knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend BQM to anyone doing a short distance move.
