As a person born in the beautiful country of Brasil, it has been a long time since I had a chance to eat some churrasco. After the last World Cup, a friend reunited my taste buds to the tastes of Brasil and soon thereafter, I found Gaucho's Village. By far of all the churrascarias I've been, Gaucho's is the real deal. Everything about that place is Brasilian: the friendly gauchos, the live music, the samba dancers(!)... and most importantly, the food! Tons and tons of meat with a good buffet/salad bar and awesome desserts. No complaints from this ever-hungry Brasileiro! Whether you eat by yourself, bring a cozy date or have a huge party (like I did!), they will please! Muito obrigado Kevin for bringing Brasil to California!
