The crew was very nice, but everything else was terrible. Not enough staff, dumped several drawers in one box, no sorting done whatsoever. Put many items from different rooms in one box. Took four days to find silverware. Many mismarked boxes, if they were marked at all. Received less than 5 percent back after I complained, still not enough. DO NOT USE. They could have cared less about my problem. They were in a hurry the day we moved and did not have enough help.
Pros: Nothing broken
Cons: TOO EXPENSIVE, Customer Service, Lousy Packing
