The Bride and I had been to House of Brides trying on both wedding and bridesmaid gowns and picked out a couple we liked. We returned a couple of weeks later to re-try the bridesmaid gowns we had liked and were informed that they would not help us because the Bride did not buy her gown there. Unless you are going to walk out of there with your gowns ordered, they do not want your business and will not be afraid to insult you in the process. I would NOT recommend anyone shopping here for any occasion. This was THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL shopping experience I have EVER had in all my years of being a bride and a member of a number of wedding parties. I have never been treated in such a horrible manner. I wouldn't shop here again if it were the last bridal store on earth.
