I'm not sure about the hair salon, but there certainly isn't anything good to say about the manis/pedis at this place. Last time I checked, a pedicure takes place in a chair that has a foot tub attached to it. There was only a bowl filled with lukewarm water to dunk your feet in. I do think this place is sanitary, and well-maintained.
The problem with this place is the high expectations I received from the high rating on this website. If it wasn't rated as the best place, I would have expected it to be average. Of course, every salon has its better and worse manicurists. Sometimes these things are hit or miss, but I think there definitely is room for improvement in the whole experience. (wait time, quality of products, customer service). I also think the low chairs are entirely inappropriate for their use in the manicure/pedicure area.
Pros: location, many polish colors
Cons: customer service, uncomfortable chairs, length of services
