As someone who lived in Va Beach for over 35 years, I've been to Capt. George's numerous times...too many to count, actually. I agree that this isn't the place to hang out on a weekly basis, but if you like seafood and a variety of it....it can not be beat. Of course, the crab legs are a big draw for people, and they should be!! They mainly have Snow Crab Legs, but occasionally they will have King Crab Legs...and they're well worth it. They'll also have fried oysters sometimes (a fave of mine). From top to bottom, this is the place to go for great seafood. I now live in the foothills of SC and I miss the quality of seafood at Capt. George's. We have good seafood here, really just good ole ""fish camps"", but they can't and don't compare to Capt George's.
Pros: Great Seafood, Great Variety, Good Atmosphere
