We called Yellow Cab to take us to the airport. We were told that the cab would be there shortly. After 30 minutes, we called again only to be told it was around the corner. After 45 minutes and another call and assurance a cab was on its way, we found an alternative means of transportation. Upon calling Yellow Cab back to complain, we found that our cab still would not have arrived after 60 minutes and was told that the driver must have decided to pick up someone else instead of us. we almost missed our flight. I will never use them again.
