I recently went to Petra's to get something called "threading" done. It's where a person uses thread to shape your eyebrows much like waxing. It costs usually no more than 5-6 bucks (yes, dirt cheap!) This place had an awesome threading lady but the price? 15 bucks? Ha! Never again.
PROS: Great Job
CONS: HUGE price --> I was ROBBED of my money
