When pregnant with my daughter, I was told by the hospital that I had PAC and PVC (has to do with an irregular heartbeat) and to call my dr immeadiately. I called when the office opened and left a message for Dr. Goldsmith. Never heard back so I called again. The office had closed. The answering service connected me to the backline and the nurse told me that the on call dr had my information and if he thought is was important he would call me back. I told her that it had something to do with my heart and I was pregnant. She said "If you think it is so important go to the ER! The dr didn't think it was important enough to call you back." And HUNG UP!!! I will never use this office again.

CONS: No compassion or respect.
