This insurance agent has a good size staff in his office so you never have to wait if you go into the office in person or call when you need some help with something. Typically you dont deal directly with the insurance agent, but work with the very competent and capable staff. We received address labels and birthday cards regularly from this agent, which was nice. They handled claims promptly and we were reimbursed almost immediately for out-of-pocket emergency road side service we used. Bryan took the time to go over our individual life insurance needs and ran all of the numbers and provided us with a lot of information that was helpful. He was also able to recommend some local places to us when we needed some work on one of our cars done.
