I have used J and J Heating and Air three times, and I have had satisfactory results twice. They have serviced my gas furnace and air conditioner without problem, but when I called with a problem about my a/c they were not able to identify the problem (but I still received a bill), and when I requested that someone else from the company come back to check it I never even got called back.
