I went to Arbor Vacuum to look at knives - not only does this store carry vacuums and vacuum accessories, but they also carry a large selection of kitchen knives - specifially they carry Wustoff Brand knives. The salesmen was very helpful and answered all my questions and the prices are comparable, if not cheaper than I've seen them anywhere else. Street parking is pretty easy.
