I recently sold a home in Auburn, AL and my selling agent was Michael Dean with John Rice's office and he was absolutely offal. The buyer's agent with Prestige Properties, Anna, was absolutely fantastic, coordinating their contractors to come in for estimates and even taking care of some things for me that my agent was too lazy to do.
