Needed to have some warranty work done on my a/c unit .. Had set appointment because I had to take off work to be home to meet them . Tech called to confirm about mid day, then never showed up and never borthered to call to say he couldn't make it. Called the office and was treated poorly. I also filed a complaint with the warranty company on their poor service.
Not impressed with their customer service at all !
PROS: None, had bad experience
CONS: Don't show up on job as promised .
