I have a mereceds (96). I called several places includeing the Mercedes Dealership. No time to see me. I called Amoskeag European Auto Specialist. I explained I was new to the area and was having a problem with my car. They said no problem, when would you like to bring it in? I said I have a problem, I need the car to get to work. . I bring the car in the next day. They gave me a loaner vehicle , they did not charge me for the loaner, they called me at work with an estimate for the job, I said OK go ahead and do it. My bill was 10% less the quote because I was a first time customer.
There Moto is "" We want our customers to walk out the door happier than they walked in"" It worked for me.
