I loved the DRY style -- finished rub over the smoked ribs. So much better that others where they hide thier unflavored meat with a gallon of BBQ sauce.
The Big Hawg (pulled pork) sandwich was surprisingly good with the homemade slaw in it. My wife and I bought the bucket of Hawg rub. By the way, it's great on potato chips.
Looking forward for the Fried Pickles next time.
