I was a renter at an apt complex that JRS manages. I moved out and 4 1/2 months later I am still waiting for my deposit. When I call JRS Management, I leave a message and wait for a call back that has yet to be received. I actually believe that this management company is just hoping that I quit requesting my deposit back so that they dont have to refund it. And I feel that is a horrible practice for a management company.
