A staff member indicated an incorrect part of the body that was to be X-rayed on a paper intended for the technician. My mother's appointment for a mammogram was cancelled twice, without prior notice or the courtesy of a phone call. After requesting previous mammogram films by phone, on two different days, I was promised I would be able to pick them up when I came in. After waiting an hour, I was told to come back the next day. They couldn't find them!
