The most unprofessional management and service I've dealt with in my years of dining. Just to touch on the inconvenience I dealt with, I ordered a burger and asked for medium rare; I got a charred, juiceless hunk of jerky. The waitress, being unprofessional and very unsympathetic, said I could have $1 off. Once I was finally awarded and audience with the manager, I persisted that I should not have to pay for the burger, he then threatened to call the police!! Whoa!
Pros: One dish was decent
Cons: Burgers NOT as asked, Unprofessional staff, Service is nil
