My mother had a foundation leak. Before the agent looked at the foundation he collected the fee. She lifted the carpet and moved the furniture for the agent! Diagnoses was that it was a copper pipe leak. She was informed that he could not write the report and that she would have to wait until his mgr came back to give the final inspection. I decided to call them myself. The rep was rude. I was told that the mgr was not in town and wouldn't be back until the following week. I asked to have the mgr call me directly once he arrived. Never got that call. Today my mother informed me that the mgr reported to her insurance rep that the pipe was under the foundation. HOW HE COULD DETERMINE THAT WITHOUT EVER COMING TO HER HOME IS MIND BOGGLING! Overall disappointing experience... Pros: NONE Cons: unprofessional & rude, poor CE and service, no follow through more
