I had an absolutely terrific dining experience at Union. The service was impeccable - present but not intrusive, and the food was divine. From the ahi tuna tartare amuse to the burrata salad to the perfectly cooked (and seasoned) halibut with lentils and ham hock, everything was a delight to eat. Be prepared for a more urban-chic setting. So what if the servers wear jeans...if you can be yourself at a restaurant, what's the difference?
